Genome sequencing refers to sequencing the entire genome of an organism. Major genome sequencing methods are the clone-by-clone method (working well for larger genomes like eukaryotic genomes but it requires a high-density genome map) and the whole genome shotgun sequencing (a faster method of sequencing but it is not suitable for larger genomes like eukaryotic genomes). It can be used in whole genomes/exomes, metagenomics, targeted sequencing, whole transcriptome (cDNA), smaller transcriptomes (direct RNA), multiplexing for smaller samples, etc.
Automated Nucleic Acid Analysis System	Agilent 4150 TapeStation	It allows a quick, easy and reliable analysis of nucleic acids for up to 16 samples per run. It is the ideal solution for the quality control (QC) of RNA and DNA samples in next-generation sequencing (NGS), microarray and qPCR workflows.
Fluorometer	Invitrogen Qubit 4.0	It accurately and quickly measures the concentration of DNA, RNA, or protein in a single sample. It can also be used to assess RNA integrity and quality.
